The Manufacturing Solutions Specialist is responsible for the development of new and existing business for clients within the automotive sector, aligned to specific propositions, and managing key accounts within a defined territory. The Solutions Specialist is to develop relationships with clients, understand their needs and problems, and provide tailored solutions from ENCONA’s product offerings for the client. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue. The purpose of this role is to manage the quality aspect of the project at the client's operations and report on quality performance to the project manager of the project. Your responsibilities will include the oversight reporting out of the product quality, management of testing equipment and quality data, six sigma activities

(USA) Operations Consulting Manager


The purpose of this role is to manage Operations of ENCONA in a designated region, as well as be part of the global Operations team. Your responsibilities will include the oversight of activity for all Business Units (Learning and Consulting services) within ENCONA, with your aim being to meet Operational growth targets. You will be responsible for business growth, collaboration with team members and providing training and consultancy services for automotive manufacturing clients. You will be active in coordinating the delivery of training, creating annual training plans and ensuring the sales strategy is met. Your role will include the deployment of consultants for consulting projects within quality management, with a specific focus on ISO9001 and IATF16949. This will include project management for clients and lead generation for sales activities of our service product offerings, within the region.
