DGQ - Workshop: Revision ISO 19011:2018
Management systems are the cradle of norm-based audits. The main requirements are audited by ISO management system standards 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 50001, IATF16919’ industry standards (VDA6.3) or combinations thereof. However, companies also have the auditing potential to support and control technical or organizational developments outside a normative perspective. ISO 19011: 2018 is in both cases a good guide and basis for it. In this seminar, you will learn good, strategic audit practice to analyze, review or improve your business organization.
You professionalize the audit process and improve its performance. You will learn supportive approaches to align audits strategically, risk-based, process-oriented and performance-oriented. You use the audit method both a reactive and proactive way, in the interests of your company.
You should have audit experience and knowledge of the standard ISO 19011: 2011 and processes. Knowledge of the high level structure of the newer management system standards is also an advantage.
