The course teaches you how to optimize the processes in your organization through professional quality management. You will receive in-depth knowledge of the basics of quality and process management as well as the ISO 9000 family. You will participate in maintaining the quality management system and support those responsible for quality management.
You will get an overview of regulations and standards, especially DIN EN ISO 9001. You will learn to use the high level structure as a possible basis for integrated management systems.
An important aspect here is the documentation of your management system. You will learn how to prepare, carry out and follow up internal audits. You will prepare concrete practical tasks for implementation in your organization during the course.
