The event builds on the course "Quality Management I - Basics" that you attended before.
You will learn to lead quality management-specific improvement projects. In addition, you will learn which QM tools are suitable for your organization. You will be able to select and apply the most important QM methods and tools depending on the type of task at hand.
In addition, you will learn to confidently perform your quality management tasks and to support those responsible for the management system with important tasks: advising management, top-down communication or reporting to top management. This makes you a competent contact person for internal and external parties such as suppliers, customers or the certification body. After attending the course, you will be able to recognize and evaluate customer-specific, legal and normative requirements and to coordinate the implementation in the company.
