This course builds on the courses "Quality Management I" and "Quality Management II" that you attended before. It combines the subjects of didactics, analysis and statistics.
You learn to impart statistical knowledge to target groups. This enables you to support upcoming decisions by the management of your organization with solid, well-prepared quality data, both analytically and communicatively.

You will be able to design and implement training courses on quality-related topics, for example on DIN EN ISO 9001, for various target groups.

Didactics: You can convey QM topics from your QM system and design a teaching-learning process.
Analysis: You learn to analyze customer interests, to represent and implement them within the company.
Statistics: You will get to know the common statistical methods of quality management and practice their possible applications.

This course supports you in selecting the right key figures to ensure good quality of your products and services.
