Our headquarters are based in Canada and our footprint extends to associated companies and branch offices in the USA, South Africa, Germany, Romania, and Taiwan.
We are a proud accredited VDA QMC license partner. We work with OEMs and 20 of the top 25 global automotive suppliers are ENCONA clients.
We categorize our offering into our ACADEMY and CONSULTING services, all underpinned by technology and platforms that scale. We believe in combining proven methods with state-of-the-art delivery to effect improvement at scale. Our services are all designed to drive growth for our clients, particularly, but not exclusively, in the automotive and component manufacturing industries. We consistently seek new and competent trainers and consultants to develop and grow with us, and all receive continuous training & certification, ensuring that they have the latest updated qualifications.
