Hans is an industry professional with 30 years of automotive experience in the quality, process engineering and auditing field. He has 2500+ VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3 & IATF16949 audit days experience, has trained & consulted in 40 countries and has been involved in 400+ automotive projects across OEM, T1 & T2 levels.

I liked how the article made me think about why emotional intelligence matters in systems and teams because it showed feelings and logic can work together. Once when I was nervous about assessments, I used NEBOSH open book exam support, and it helped me slow down and think through questions like the article talks about skills that matter. Reading this made me realize people skills really help in work and life.

I read the article about whether systems can really work well without emotional intelligence and how humans need to understand feelings to make better decisions and work with others, not just rely on rules and logic. It made me think back to a time before a big test when I had to use the business studies exam service to calm down and sort my notes, and that really helped me focus. That experience showed me that both head and heart matter in doing well and getting along with others.

I read the post and it really made me think about how people in teams need to care about feelings, not just tasks, to get good results. When I was struggling with my thesis deadlines, I even used PhD research proposal editing help during a week I felt stuck and tired because it was something I personally used to calm my stress.
