Are Management & Production Systems Efficient Without Emotional Intelligence?
I liked how the article made me think about why emotional intelligence matters in systems and teams because it showed feelings and logic can work together. Once when I was nervous about assessments, I used NEBOSH open book exam support, and it helped me slow down and think through questions like the article talks about skills that matter. Reading this made me realize people skills really help in work and life.
I read the article about whether systems can really work well without emotional intelligence and how humans need to understand feelings to make better decisions and work with others, not just rely on rules and logic.
